David A. Breen

Mr. Breen began his title insurance career in 1995 as settlement officer and escrow manager for United Title Agency in Newport News, Virginia. In June 2000 he opened Breen Title & Settlement, Inc., a full service title insurance and settlement company based in Virginia Beach and Hampton. His business was acquired by HamptonRoads Bankshares & Trust in February, 2007 and he became President of Gateway Title Agency, which offers settlement services throughout Virginia and title insurance products in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
